By accessing or using the BookVault website (bookvault.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website.

2. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the BookVault website and e-book store.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
• "Products" refers to e-books available for purchase on the Service.
• "Company" refers to BookVault Digital Pvt. Ltd.

3. Account Registration

To purchase e-books, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Products & Pricing

All e-books are sold as digital downloads in PDF format. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of purchase will be honoured.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through PayU Payments Private Limited. We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and other payment methods supported by PayU. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.

6. Delivery of Products

Upon successful payment, you will receive a download link for your purchased e-books. Download links are time-limited but can be regenerated from your order history. E-books are delivered digitally — there is no physical shipping.

7. Intellectual Property

All e-books sold on BookVault are protected by copyright law. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to read the e-book. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any purchased content without explicit permission from the copyright holder.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Share, redistribute, or pirate purchased e-books
• Submit false information or impersonate others
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website

9. Limitation of Liability

BookVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting changes on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
